Resetting for the new year


You can start fresh at any time of the year, but there’s something about a new year that feels especially motivating. It’s a chance to refresh, regroup, and welcome new ideas — or even revisit old goals with a new perspective. At the same time, it’s important not to overwhelm yourself. Do what you can, at your own pace, and give yourself grace along the way.

Journaling

I love starting some of my mornings with a warm drink and a quick journaling session. It’s such a grounding way to clear the clutter from my mind and gently exercise my thoughts. Writing things down — and revisiting them when they need attention — helps me stay present. It’s also a sweet little moment of “me time.”
