Xiaomi Philippines has launched its new Redmi Note 15 Pro series with a standout offer: a free protection package valued at Php19,008. This warranty program is available for purchases made between January 16 and February 28, 2026.
The comprehensive coverage is designed to address common smartphone issues. It includes a four-year battery warranty, promising one free service within that period. Additionally, buyers get a two-year warranty covering one incident of liquid damage or external damage. This part of the plan can be used to repair or replace the motherboard, screen, or the phone’s front and back covers.
According to Xiaomi, this bundle of benefits has been recognized by the research firm Frost & Sullivan. The firm’s 2024 to 2025 report on smartphone after-sales service in Southeast Asia highlighted Xiaomi’s leadership in customer care.

The Redmi Note 15 Pro is priced at Php19,999, while the higher-end Redmi Note 15 Pro+ costs Php27,999. The phones are available on Xiaomi’s official stores on Lazada and Shopee, as well as in physical retail stores.
Customers who buy from these authorized channels during the promotional period will automatically receive the protection package. This adds to the standard two-year warranty included by default to its new units.
